What's the best Rate you've had - late Jan?

Still looking forward to our upcoming Sept trip at the POP Century. Just found out that we may get to return to WDW for a short trip at the end of Jan - if we go & visit family in FL.

We will have AP's for the year & will probably be looking to stay Value or Moderate. What is the best rate you've had in late January?

$59 at the All Stars or POP would be great on our budget - not sure we can swing a Moderate or not, yet.
