We will be celebrating DD's birthday while we're at Disney, and I gave her the option of eating with Mickey or with the Princesses for her birthday dinner. She picked Princesses. So now I need to know what's the best, girliest, frou-frou-est Princess character meal out there?

That depends on what you want. Do you want a lot of princesses? If so, then I'd recommend Norway where there's more than just Cinderella. If you just want Cinderella then I'd suggest CRT.

breakfast and lunch at CRT are princess meals. i don't think it gets any more princessy than that, particularly if you can manage to get an 8:05 and finish in time to go wake up Tink at Tink's Treasures.

all 3 meals at princess storybook (akershus) are princess meals, so it's a good alternative.

and while she's not guaranteed, cindy is known to visit akershus, usually for lunch and dinner.

but if it's all about cindy in particular, i'd probably go with cinderella's gala feast at 1900 park fare for dinner

DD likes Cinderella, but her favorite is Ariel!

Well, then if that is the case, I would eat LUNCH at the PSB to increase your chances of seeing Ariel. She mostly appears there at lunch and dinner.

PSB is great because it's reasonable and has several princesses at all three meals.

CRT is great because of the castle atmosphere and location. It is, however, very expensive. It is now a character breakfast and lunch. Dinner does not have characters circuating but you do see Cinderella downstairs.

i don't know about CRT (i believe it's not the case with ariel), but she's known for showing up at princess storybook as well, also usually lunch & dinner (sometimes breakfast). she has legs at that meal. otherwise you can see her at her grotto in fantasyland.

So many decisions to make!

We plan on being at MK that day. But it would be easy to go back to the hotel before dinner to wash up or rest and then go over to Epcot. We're not getting the DDP, so how much will it cost out of pocket for CRT vs. PSB?

CRT:

Breakfast: Adults $31.99 Children $21.99

Lunch: Adults $33.99 Children $22.99

Dinner: Adults $39.99 Children $24.99

PSB:

Breakfast: Adults $22.99 Children $12.99

Lunch: Adults $24.99 Children $13.99

Dinner: Adults $28.99 Children $13.99

CRT:

Breakfast: Adults $31.99 Children $21.99

Lunch: Adults $33.99 Children $22.99

Dinner: Adults $39.99 Children $24.99

PSB:

Breakfast: Adults $22.99 Children $12.99

Lunch: Adults $24.99 Children $13.99

Dinner: Adults $28.99 Children $13.99

Thank you! I bet I could tell you which one DH would pick.

personally, if i could get a CRT breakfast, I'd take it. I'd even accept a lunch. you are talking about the castle which is a character in itself.

but as per allearsnet

CRT Breakfast - 31.99 / 21.99
CRT Lunch - 33.99 / 22.99
CRT Dinner - 39.99 / 24.99

PSB Breakfast - 22.99 / 12.99
PSB Lunch - 24.99 / 13.99
PSB Dinner - 28.99 / 13.99

bear in mind the CRT includes the photo package (1 for every 4 guests) whereas it's optional at PSB (around $30?). children at CRT also get souvenir wands or swords.

also since you're spending the day at MK, remember you need to alot for travel time to Epcot as well as need the park hopping option on your tickets.

I know what you mean! My DH is the same way.

There is quite a price difference just for location/atmosphere and a photo package. Well, maybe lunch and dinner food at CRT is a tad better, but the breakfasts are just about equal in the food quality department.
