What's our best bet? Rent out/transfer?

We have some 2005 points that were banked and will expire on April 1st. We also have 210 points (of which 52 will be banked into '07) left for 2006 which also expire April 1st.

Obviously we don't want to lose that many points, but can I do multiple ressies and then just give the name of the person(s) staying? Or, do I have to do a 280-some odd point transfer to someone's account?

What's our best bet?

Banked points cannot be transferred - so the only points that are current in any Use Year could be transferred to another member.

You could make a reservation for someone else using any of your points - but any points unused at the end of your Use Year will expire.

So, in essence, we could take the 158 2006 points and do our "once per year" transfer into someone's account. Then, take the 130 banked points from 2005 and do a ressie for someone and have them as our "guests". Is that correct?
