What's open during evening MGM Extra Magic Hour?

We are heading to MGM/Disney Studios for the late night Extra Magic Hour next weekend- open from 10 pm to 1 am. What can we expect to be open besides the rides listed on Disneyworld.com? Will all the shops be open? Will the pin shop under the Sorcerer's hat be open? Can you get a late night snack somewhere? Would you expect it to be crowded? Will we be able to take the boat back to Yacht Club that late? Just trying to figure out if we can do everything we want to do that evening and save our days for the other parks, since we will only be there for such a short time !!

When we were at any of the parks for evening EMH, basically only the attractions on the lists stayed open. Other than that FEW if any stores where open, and food options were pretty much limited to popcorn and ice cream if you lucked out and found a stand open.

Few if any of the shops stay open. Sorry don't remember specifics, and there is no list, but it seemed as if the shops stayed open till their regular times (maybe an hour past official park closing time). In MGM especially, we found there was basically nothing to do in the park during EMH except ride the open attractions.
