Other countries are just given 0 points. You also can't vote for your own country, obviously. The one with the most points wins. Azerbaijan won this year. I didn't like their song...

Anyone want to explain to me why British people put "xx" after tweets, tumblr posts, etc. Because I don't get it. Why must there be some x's after your comment? Was your comment not good enough without the x's? What do the x's even mean? Hugs? Why no o's? Why no xo? Hugs and kisses. That looks better than xx. x makes me think you're going to kill somebody or something.
