What's on in Feb 09?

Following on from my previous thread, we now hope to take up the kids under 12 go free offer for Feb 09 half term.
Does anyone know whether there will be any different theme or shows at this time of year?

I have never been to DLRP in February but as it is one of the lowest seasons with cheapest prices to go from Italy ( where i do live) i assume there is not much going on in that month but the *normal* things (that are not a little anyway ).

Mickey's Winter Wonderland will be on and all the usual 15th Anniversary Celebrations.

Thats right - in February there are no fireworks, no "season" shows, but all the rides are usually open (except possibly Casey Jnr and the Storybook boat ride - these have been seasonal in the past, and the boats are dependent on the weather conditions). There is also the daily Parade, Casey Jnrs character express, the character meet n greets, the Lion King show, most of the restaurants etc are also open (especially the ones who provide the character meals).

Our first trip to DLRP was in February 07 - it was brilliant .

You need to check the dates for Mickeys Winter Wonderland - it doesn't carry on all through February (at least I don't think it does).

Thanks for those replies. I guessed that might be the case, but at least we are saving a lot of money at that time of year!

I've booked our holiday today A bit of a palaver booking though, as I did it online only to find I got an error message and it told me to book by phone instead. Booked by phone and the lady told me it was a credit card/security issue and quite common!

Some of the air france flight times are fully booked which limited our choice for return flights, but the flybe flights were no better or cheaper (if you take transfers into account).
