What's next for Universal after the HP expansion? New rides?

Just wondering if anyone has heard any rumors about new rides, future expansions, refurbs etc. after the new HP is all done? What's next for Universal?

Next year there is supposed to be a family coaster opening in JP as well as other themed areas and a flat ride.

The following year, a large new Kong ride is supposed to open in the lot beside Thunder Falls Terrace.

They're going to double the number of Twirl 'n Hurl rides. Sorry, that's what Disney would do..

Yes. Major additions each year. However, they didn't elaborate on what these additions would be.

No, they are supposedly much larger than jeeps. 30-40 people per vehicle.

Ah, I had not heard about that then, the last thing I heard was that they were thinking of adding some sort of ride based on the scenes where they are driving around the island in the jeeps. I think maybe that was also one of the originally planned attractions?

What kind of family coaster are we talking here? If it's like the one in Harry Potter, that sounds kind of boring. If it's more like a Big Thunder Mountain, it could be pretty neat with some great scenery.

King Kong is coming next for sure,there's already work being done on site,next to JP.

I don't know why they're putting King Kong over there not confuses the hell out of me. They should have used that land for an expansion of JP. Especially since we're getting a new movie soon. I would rather kong have stayed at the studios. Oh well, not like my complaining will change anything.

They could rebrand the entire JP area so that the new ride fits in perfectly.
