What's NEW @ WDW since 2001?

Hello everyone,

My family and I (hubby and two kids, ages 10 &14) are coming to Orlando the last week in May. We have been to WDW three times before but not since May 2001. We only have ONE day to spend in WDW. I thought it would be a good idea to hit the highlights and anything NEW but I don't know what has been added. Could someone fill me in?

I have not been since 2001 also, I can't believe it's been that long, since we had been taking yearly trips up until then. I can't wait to be back next month!
