What's new since 2015?

Starting in 2013, we've taken my daughter to Disney World every year except this past year, when we took a break to go to Universal. We'll be heading back in November 2017... so what's new?

I know there's a new Frozen ride and meet and greet. Has Akershus changed?

Did the Jungle Cruise restaurant ever open? If so, how is it?

I believe there have been changes to Star Wars, but I don't know what they are.

And what's this about night-time at Animal Kingdom?

What else is going on?

To put it in perspective, my daughter is 7 now and will be eight when we travel, which factors into much of what we're looking at. I assume there are Elena and Moana meet-and-greets these days?

Well it seems you've missed a lot.

Mine train opened in the Magic Kingdom. As well as the Skipper Canteen (jungle cruise restaurant).

DHS no longer has the backlot, or lights motors action. They now have frozen sing a long, Star Wars launch bay and the Star Wars fireworks.

Tree awakenings at AK as well as night safaris.

Lots of new meet and greets all over.

The expanded downtown/disney springs (that's a straight retail/mall thing though as it stands)

Ah yes how could I forget the Springs. I haven't been in town center yet but did marketplace and the landing yesterday. I love the changes so far.

They have added a new scene on Star tours at DHS
Plus there is a lot of road construction going on around the resort

And they had to repaint the "pardon our dust" construction walls in animal kingdom...they've been there ALONG time.

Do they still have the "temporarily closed" sign outside of wonders of life?

Launch bay has Star Wars meet and greets, props and shopping. Check threads on the theme parks attractions and strategies board.
