What's New? It's been almost 2yrs since last visit

Greetings fellow Universal Studios Fans,

We are heading back in a few weeks for a 6-day stay and wanted to know what was new?

Here are some things I've found out, but am I missing anything?
1) Velocicoaster not opening till next Summer
2) All rides are open?
3) I've read about 3-4 Scare Houses open? Is this included with normal admission or extra cost?
4) Seen the new Halloween treats
5) Is the Today Cafe really good? Healthy type food? Molly at AllEars says its really good!
6) The New York Crepery looks good, especially that Brisket wrap and the Blueberry Cheesecake wrap!
7) I've read about the temp checks at the hotel and parks. Plenty of hand sanitizer around too to used!
8) Masked required always, except eating/drinking?
9) Made reserverations at Mythos, Finnegans, Lamberts seafood and The Palm at HRH.
10) Is Emack & Bolios open at HRH?
11) Do you take a bus to get to Volcano Bay? We are staying at HRH.
12) Do they do the nighttime fireworks/water show in the main lagoon at Universal Studios?
13) Anything still closed?
