We hate to sound silly but what is MNSSHP? We are going in October 2005 and don't know what everyone is talking about? We are taking our only grandson who will be 17 months old at the time and our wondering if this will affect what we plan on doing? Please Help!!!
It is Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party. It is a Halloween event, special ticket needed, held at night throughout the month of October. It's very family friendly, and not frightening to the little ones.
Don't worry about sounding silly. The tickets to the event are not available yet but when they are you can order the tickets online at WDW's official website or over the phone. I haven't gone to the Halloween party yet but will be going this year. We have however gone to the Christmas party and it's so much fun! Tickets for adults cost $31.95 plus tax. Since your grandson will be 17 months, he won't need a ticket since he'll get in free! The dates are posted on wdwinfo and they are : September 30 and October 2, 4, 7, 11, 13, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31. Here is a link from wdwinfo: http://www.wdwinfo.com/holidays/halloween.htm
You might like to take the little one to this party. If you're going in early Oct.and on a week night ,it's a great night to visit the MK without a huge crowd. The closer to Halloween the more crowded the parties become. There are many ,many characters wandering around, trick or treating, a special parade and fireworks. My DSErich was just about your GS age the first MNSSHP he attended. We love it so much we've been going every year since and Erich will be 12 this Sept.!!
