What's it like the week after Memeorial Day?

I am thinking about taking a long weekend the week after Memorial day and wondering if it is crowded during the week or will it settle down after Monday? Also how is the weather? (We usually travel to WDW in January and October.)

We have gone the week after Memorial Day the past 3 years. We really like it then.... not overly crowded or hot. The last week of May is usually much less crowded than the first week June, but the first week of June is not terrible at all.

Keep in mind that that time is "Gay Days." It has never been a problem for us in the past, but we have never been at a particular park on the day they had it scheduled. If you are uncomfortable with it, just google it and find their schedule and plan your trip around it... not a big deal imo.
