What's included in the "Fees"

Ex. for the wedding pavillion fee, is that JUST to get married there? Also, what's included in a venue fee? just the place or tables chairs, linens etc?

I am have been trying for a since monday to actually speak with the DFTW planner, but we keep playing phone tag. I've asked her to email since our work schedules are the same, but still haven't heard from her.

I am just really trying to get the ball rolling and unfortunately the first step is going to be an approx. cost

Hopefully, your planner can give you more specifics. The wedding pavilion fee gets you the pavilion for your time. It does not include the officiant or any decorations. You do get the preparation rooms that are right by the side.

Venue rental fees get you tables, basic linens, basic chairs, but no decor other than what is already there. I think cutlery comes from catering, but for your food, you don't have to pay extra for dishes unless you are somehow upgrading beyond what Disney supplies. You can upgrade items for an additional rental and delivery charge. You won't be stuck with just an empty room and then have to pay more just to fill it. Some places already have a dance floor, while others you have to rent one and have it brought in.

I forgot. Wedding pavilion does give you the organist and an audio system included in the fee.
