I keep hearing about the African Stew at Mara. Does anyone know whats in it?

But I also think the 3 cups of soy sauce as stated in the recipe are a bit much. I would go with no more than 1/3 cup.

We ate this a few years ago and it's very good. By the way, I'm a mom of a Gracie too!
