What's happening with Citricos in October?

Hi I'm new here. I've been to Disney a few times and have lurked on these boards for a while. You seem to know your stuff about Disney dining so thought I'd post this question here.

I tried to make an ADR for Citricos for October, but was told they hadn't released any availablity for October yet. I switched plans and have an ADR there earlier in the trip at the end of September but does anyone know why this is? Are they closing for a refurb?

They may not have finalized the hard ticket events for F&W, that could be one reason.

I never thought of f&w events. Hope that's it and may be they will release availablity soon.

that's odd - I made an ADR a while back for October 4th. We're you trying to book on a Monday or Tuesday night? I think they sometimes close on those week nights.

I also have an ADR for dinner there on October 16th ... haven't heard anything from Disney Dining to indicate that there's a problem.

I also have an ADR for Citricos in October (on the 15th to be specific). You might try calling back.

If you were trying for a Monday or Tuesday, they wouldn't show availability because they aren't open on those days. Perhaps the CM didn't realize that.

It must have been a cm error. I was trying for a Monday night (I didnt realise it was closed then), but I asked if it was just unavailable for that night and she said 'no the whole of october'. Oh well, I got a ressie anyway, I just wanted it to be our last night as it was our favourite meal last time.
