WHATS going on at POP

We saw across hourglass lake the early years half complete? Why? No work was done during our entire stay!! It looked as though they have not worked on it for months!! When is the opening. why is it just sitting their half complete Every time we asked staff....bus drivers....bartenders at pop.....front desk....they all seemed very vague. Almost as though they were told not to talk about it!! Anyone know the situation? Thanks

I don't think there is a need for the rooms at this time. POP was delayed in opening because there were too many available rooms on property.
