What's going on at BRV?

I was stalking rooms at another resort and noticed full availability at BRV. Clicking on it showed that it had nearly full availability even through the fall, which is very unusual. I understand there's the coronavirus, but every other resort has a variety of availability and this just seemed like...an error. I was tempted to swap my AKL reservation (home resort) for BRV given that we've never stayed there, but it would stink if it ended up being under constructions and the pool was closed or something.

BRV is scheduled for a full refurbishment some time this year. So it's possibly that the refurbishment might be delayed or it's just an error.
