ESPN great atmosphere and you donyt need to be a sports fan to enjoy. After you can get an ice cream or your favorite beverage and walk to Epcot to watch the fireworks. If you dont want to walk take the boat. Also they have performers on the boardwalk itself.
just sit and relax..enjoy the shows,,watch the crowd go buy,,get a drink,,walk around the shops,,its a great place to relax,,its not a fast pace there it is an enjoy your quiete time,,
Jellyrolls is the dualing piano bar on the Boardwalk (wouldn't miss it, it's so much fun), though I'll bet the Boardwalk Bakery may have jellyrolls. I know that ALL their baked goods are absolutely delicious!!!!!
when we go during easter week, we see many, many, many more entertainers both at the boardwalk as well as in the parks, especially Epcot. During late August/Early Sept (from past experience...2yrs in a row) we have noticed much less in form of entertainment both in the parks especially ,as well as on the boardwalk.
If you like ribs, Big River Grille is one of the 2 best spots I've found for REAL bbq ribs on property, slow cooked and smoked. The other spot is Flame Tree BBQ in AK. Big River has a pretty extensive menu also. They also brew their own beer and have several varities available.
Pizza at Spoodles window is very good by Disney standards.
Boardwalk Joe has pretty decent coffee.
Seashore Sweets and the Bakery (goes good with Boardwalk Joes!)
