What's for lunch?

Hey guys. I'm having a Morning Star, Grillers Prime (something like that) veggie burger. It's pretty good. I put it on a deli flat bread bun w/ some olive oil mayo and some sunflower kernels. It's pretty good! I usually skip the mayo and just have an avocado slice on the bun, but I'm out. I like it just as well. I'm also having Light and Fit blueberry yogurt with walnut chips added and home made limeade w/ agave (instead of sugar). It's hitting the spot! :)

How about you? What's for lunch?

ETA- I'm trying to lose some pounds. I love to eat just about anything, but I'm reigning it in.

I had animal crackers and a handful of grapes. :sad2:

I made DF and I sandwiches this morning - turkey & swiss on flatbread, and they looked really good. But, I put mustard on his sandwich (bleeeech ) and somehow managed to take his sandwich with me to work instead of mine. So, no sandwich for me.

A roast beef and swiss sandwich, on whole grain bread with mustard. It wasn't bad! Much better than the popcorn I had yesterday.

swiss cheese and mayo sandwich on multigrain, and some taco pasta salad. And a Coke. I had to run to the grocery store to get soft stuff for my son (tooth extracted today) and I grabbed what sounded good to me at the time. Way too filling, though!

Leftover chicken on WW w/ lettuce, tomato and mayo. Will have a peach in a bit.

I had a tuna fish salad on those little round flat breads, with cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber on the side. Water to drink.

My youngest had chicken nuggets, carrot sticks, and orange slices. Koolaid to drink.
My oldest had ramen noodles and ice cream. Not sure what he had to drink.

2 McDonald's cheeseburgers for me. :lmao: I had to go install some light fixtures for an elderly relative during my lunch break (and make it back to work in time!). So "grab and go" had to suffice.

BTW - I made it back in time. :)

Pepperoni breadsticks with cheese sauce from Enzo's.

I had a turkey and sun-dried tomato sandwich half and a bowl of french onion soup. DS20 had a grilled chicken ceasar salad.

I had spring mix/ spinach with tuna (pouch) and grape tomatoes. I drizzled Balsalmic Vinegar on it and had a string cheese on the side. This was so good!! Coke Zero to drink. Total ~ 250 calories and very filling.

Then I needed something sweet so I ate a granola bar.. still around 350calories for lunch. Not bad.

I went and bought hummus from Trader Joe's and pita chips and some watermelon. I also bought some more chai tea mix for my afternoon snack! :lovestruc

Ham sandwich on wheat with mayo and yellow mustard, Doritos and Diet Coke. I enjoyed the heck out of it, too. :rotfl:
