I'm having a new Healthy Choice meal that is actually very good!!

It's an All Natural entree (that's what it says). It's the Portabella Spinach Parmesan. It has penne pasta, portabella mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and LOTS of gahlic in olive oil!!!

I'm telling ya....this is Olive Garden good!! Ummmmm.....where's the salad & bread sticks???

mmmmm..... that sounds yummy! I may have to run over to the store and grab some of those! I currently have a DiGiorno Pizza in my oven for DS2 and DH- but what do I get- a slim fast shake... at least it kinda tastes like chocolate! but man does that pizza smell good...

Collard green soup!

When I got home last night, I noticed my collards had grown big enough to pick.....there was enough for a pot of soup. Brought the leftovers to work with me for lunch. :goodvibes

The portabella spinach thing sounds good.....I'll have to look for that one.

Greek salad with Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar, sugar free jello for dessert.

How about fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. Served with a big ole biscuit and iced tea. Now that is eating.

1/2 can of Pringles Honey Mustard flavor chips.

I'd much rather be eat'n lunch with any of ya'll.

The kids are home from school today so I made "Turkeys in a blanket"~ Turkey hot dogs wrapped in reduced fat crescent rolls. We had strawberries and cheesy broccoli too.

I got close! Fried pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans cooked with salt pork, home made yeast rolls, sweet tea and RV cake.

Yep.......just knocked at least 6 months of our live span I guess ~grin~

Ah, shut up, Cindy

How about the lunch buffet at Quaker Steak and Lube! I had the all you can eat salad, wings, riblets, thai bites, rice and pita wedges. I didn't have the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, ham BBQ, fries and assorted veggies. We did have cake for dessert since it is my mom's birthday, they brought out a cake for her and we all sang. Totally deep sixed my "diet" ;) , but it was good.

LOL! Jim, I promise you-the next time we are at Fort Wilderness at the same time-I will fry ya'll up some pork chops with mashed taters and gravy, green beens, sweet tea and red velvet cake!

Taste so good, it'll make you slap yer granny. I'm not exactly sure how that became a saying down here for when something tastes good...trust me, you would not want to slap a southern granny-she'd clean the switch tree out on your hide!:rotfl:

OOOOOHHH!! Red Velvet cake!!! I was wondering what the hell "RV" cake was!! Thought you'd watched one too many programs of "Ace of Cakes"!:lmao:

And for all of you who ate really decadent stuff..

Ah, SHUT UP!!!

My granny used to cook meals like that. They were so good you would want to slap your granny. But I never did cause if I did my dad would kick my butt all the way home and then some. He wouldn't even need the switch tree.

I had a leftover turkey sandwich yesterday, nothing today, so Jim shouldn't be mad at me. :lmao:

Enjoy the lunch Deb. I moonlight at a plant that makes Healthy Choice dinners. I might have actually seen that platter go by me. Maybe not because I tend to just stay in the Nurse's office, but I do get bored now and then and go out to watch the machines at work. Kind of interesting to watch.
