What's for Easter dinner at your house??

We made ours today so that we could eat on it for two days. We just ate.

We had ham with brown sugar mustard glaze and squash casserole. That was enough for us!

For dessert, we're having the chocolate eclair cake that someone posted here on the DIS. I snuck a taste and oh. my. gawd. It is deeeeelicious!

I had to go for super easy, since it has to be done right after church. There are only 5 of us.

Bacon ranch BBQ Deviled eggs
Roasted beet, goat cheese, walnut, and baby greens salad
Brown sugar spiral ham
Potatos Grain Dauphinoise
Roasted asparagus with hollandaise sauce
Lemon cream pie

grilled burgers and hot dogs
grilled corn on the cob
lemon chiffon fruit salad
watermelon
twice baked potatoes

We are trying a tea earlier for something different:
tea
chocolate orange scones
mini lemon cakes
finger sandwiches: tuna salad, chicken salad, cucumber cream cheese
turkey roll-ups
deviled eggs
chocolate dipped strawberries

We actually changed our menu last minute:
White Turkey Breast (instead of Ham)
Deviled Eggs
Russet Potatoes w/Rosemary and Kosher Salt
Seasoned Green Beans
Sweet Corn
Homemade Mac N Cheese
Homemade Bread w/Vanilla Honey Butter

Wow! It sounds like everyone will be eating good tomorrow, whether the meal is home-cooked or from a restaurant.

Ham seems to be the big winner- I guess that is the traditional Easter meal.

Thanks to everyone for the compliments on our menu. We try to do something fun and different every so often, and it seemed like a good time to try some new things. Anyone who wants to make the trek to NC can sit down with us and have some Mediterranean eats!
