What's type of meat is london broil
It's a steak cut of beef...a bit tougher/chewier than most steak. I like to marinate it in an acid-based marinade for about 6-12 hours to "soften" it up a bit and then grill it on the barbeque but it can be broiled in the oven.



I refuse to cook them something else though.
She was making some casseroles for a college event, and, well, went wild. She said it was like Jesus and the bread & fishes. At first she thought it would fill one casserole...but then it did another, then another, then another. She was freakin' out.
cheap, easy, and fast.
