DH made a paella yesterday and we're going to stretch the leftovers for tonight's meal too. Delicious!

Can you say yuck! DS and I have been having a lot of "diagreements" about food lately as he has become a very picky eater. We discussed that I don't cook things that he likes so I asked him to tell me some things that he likes and as long as they were not hamburgers, mac and cheese or chicken fingers I would let him have turns picking.

Tonight is his night and 1st up on the menu - fish sticks.

I hate Fish sticks but apparently he loves them at school so I will be eating them to set an example. wish me well.

Hum, What to fix for dinner has been in the back of my mind all day and I haven't come up with anything yet, lol. Of course my problem is that I don't want to go to the grocery so I'm limited to what I have in the pantry and fridge/freezer. I think it will have to be chicken but I read someone was having potato salad and that sounds good to me too so I might fix that and see what else I can scrounge up.
