Claire-the Terry's Choc Orange Pots-were absolutley delicious, will deffinatley be buying them again.
The pudding itself was really soft+melt in your mouth and the orange chocolate centre was thick+gooey+lots of it .x.
That sounds lovely Claire.....I love simple stuff like that.
Eldest DD was at her friends house for tea, so just me and DD3. We had an improvised spanish omlette type thingy. Left over new pots fried with chorizo and rosemary (from the garden) then a couple of beaten eggs over the top then cooked in the oven. Rocket and tomato salad. Yum! Sadly DD3scraped the omlette off the filling so she only ate the chorizo and potato and salad!
We are having a type of shepherd's/cottage pie. The meat element will be pork and the topping will be mashed swede and parsnip because I'm making it from the leftovers of Sunday's roast, but other than than it'll be the same.
Everyone thinks I am odd because I like it on toast too!
We are having fajitas tonight. They are usually very yummy, DH grates some edam and puts that out to sprinkle inside each one too, especially good when they are piping hot as it melts beautifully on them. Oh I am getting hungry now!
