Happy Friday!!

I'm having one of those "don't know what I want to make" days today. I'm kind of leaning towards Fajitas. Haven't had that in a long time. But, I need to go grocery shopping this morning, so the menu may change as the day progresses.

We are having sausage on the grill with peppers and onions, and some grilled potatoes.

We're going to have Greek baked chicken with rice and a vegetable (not sure what just yet) - all cooked in my new drop-in oven!!! :hyper:
Tried for the longest time to talk hubby into one and he finally relented a couple weeks ago. Had it installed yesterday, but with swim meet and soccer practice - ended up eating out last night. Looking forward to breaking it in tonight though!! :goodvibes

I'm going to make pizzas. I usually make a pepperoni and mushroom and a BBQ chicken. This time, instead of the BBQ, I'm going to make a chicken Alfredo pizza. I've never made one like this so I'm not sure what to put on it. I was thinking about mushrooms, sliced tomato, and sweet onion along with the chicken and mozzarella.

Any suggestions?

My husband makes AWESOME chicken alfredo. He sautees garlic in a pan and then adds the alfredo sauce. On a precooked pizza crust he puts a thin layer of the sauce. Tops it with cheese and then cooked chicken. He bakes that long enough for the cheese to be done. Then he adds bits of green onion and tomato. YUM. It is to die for. He always has extra alfredo sauce for dipping the crust in.
