We are having mushroom soup covered chicken tenders & mac -n- cheese..
for our picky child he is having the same but chicken patties instead of the mushroom soup covered chicken.. the house smells delicious.. what time will you be here???

Have you ever tried broccoli wrapped up in ham and covered with cream of mushroom soup. MIL makes it, it is soooo good. I usually serve it over rice.

Lasagna here...but DH is working mids, so he didn't eat it...DS20 is off with GF...DS16 is sleeping...so it's just me, the wine, and the lasagna...and LMN movies...

My mom makes this too, with swiss cheese in with the broccoli. One of my favs... which reminds me, I need to put this in the rotation.

Ham and Broccoli Rolls

1 package rectangular ham
1 package Broccoli spears (sometimes I use frozen, sometimes I use fresh)
1 can cream mushroom soup
dried dill
brown mustard
1/3 can milk

Preheat oven to 325º
Mix soup, mustard, dill, and milk in bowl and set aside.
Wrap broccoli spears in sliced ham. Secure with toothpick.
Place in baking dish. Pour soup mixture over broccoli.
cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake additional 5 minutes.

We had Zataran's Red Bean & Rice with chedder cheese thrown in, topped with sour cream. I like my dairy. We are having Panera bagel tops in just a few moments for snack.

That broccoli stuff sounds good. My Eldest will eat the ham/cheese & rice part, I'll get his broccoli.

do you put Kielbasa in it? I love black beans and Rice with Kielbasa but the boys won't eat it.

I would if I had it, but I never remember to buy it ahead of time. I love Keilbasa, being part Slovic will do that, but my boys aren't into the sausage of any kind. They would pick it out and just give to me. Carnivore time.
