I had coffee and strawberry shortcake yogurt for breakfast, yum yum.
I am trying to eat better because I'm on kind of a weightloss kick right now. I just passed what I consider a major miilestone birthday and I've been trying to get my weight under control for about a year now. I've had some stumbles and it wasn't easy over the summer, but I've lost 35 lbs or so and been able to keep it off.
I've already walked an hour this morning, danced around while cleaning house and in about 10 min, I'm heading to the library to use their Wii to see if I can't burn some more calories.
