Whats DLP like Jan 2nd onwards?

I want to surprise my Wife for Christmas with a surprise trip to DLP for 4 nights, however I can't actually take her for Christmas as I can't get 5/6 solid days off I'm a row until Jan 2nd onwards, so I was thinking of taking her then, is it still Christmassy and does t still feel magical at this time? Or is does it just feel a bit like I dunno a drag that Christmas is over and all the decorations are starting to come down.

Any help is appreciated.

We went for the day on New Year's Day once and Jan 4-6 last year. All the Christmas decorations and things are still up and Christmas dreams and the parade - you just can't meet Santa! It was lovely - and especially quiet from the Monday 6th. You might even want to go a bit later - say 3-8 so you get Christmas dreams and then normal dreams later and it's quiet
