What's best for Disney transportation from Disney Studios to Magic Kingdom?

We will be park hopping on Oct.1 after the Fantasmic show is over to enjoy the extra late park, Magic Kingdom. I know there's no bus to MK from Dis Studios.

I was thinking of getting on the Contemporary bus at Disney Studios and then connecting to the monorail at this resort to get to MK? Is this my best bet?

Also, I thought of getting the first available(shortest line) so called Magic Kingdom resort bus from either the Polynesian or the Contemporary or the Grand Floridian. What's my best way? TIA

It might be quickest to get a bus to the Grand Floridian then take the monorail to MK - it is only one stop away whereas the Contemporary is 3 stops away.

You can take a bus to the Contemporary and then walk to the MK. You would get there faster and it isn't a long walk. The resort monorail would probably take longer because you would go to the TTC, Poly, GF, then the MK.

I agree about walking from the Contemporary to MK. Make sure you know the route. You have to cut through the parking lot, but it's less than a 10 min. walk. Another option would be to take the boat at MGM to the Swan, and take the MK bus from there. You might want to ask bus drivers how often MK buses run that time of night.

I would go for whatever monorail resort (or TTC) bus shows up first (with the shortest line)

BTW there IS a bus from MGM to the TTC. You can then hop on the monorail from there.
