What's a good denomination for phone/gift cards as tips?

How much are the gift/phone cards (what denomination) are you giving to say kids club counselors? Dollar Tree has 20 minute AT&T phone cards for $1, good for calls from Mexico too, but eats up first 8 minutes if call made from pay phone. Or Walmart cards - how much $5, $10??? I'm thinking of kids club counselors, so how many counselors do you tip and how much?

I did $5 in Wal Mart cards, and bought 10 of them. We ended up giving each child 2 to give to the person/persons they chose, and put the rest of them with our tips for our servers and our room host.

I picked up the 120 minute phone cards, which were something like $8.50 at Wal Mart because I know that when the crew calls home, they usually like to talk for a fairly long time. I think I bought 5 of them, and they went with our tip envelopes.
