What's a glow cube?

It's an "ice cube" that lights up that you can get in many of the restaurants at Disney for a couple extra dollars a drink.....

We got a red one at Prime Time, unfortunately the batteries died and there is no way to change it. You bang it on the table on one side to turn it on and off.

About how long did it last before your batteries died?

Is it posible for them to leak or is in contained well?

We got the multi-colored ones at Fulton's on our trip last year. The ones at Fulton's can be changed to stay at just one color or be switched to slowly change all sorts of colors by a press of a small button. The batteries can be changed in them as well. I have 3 of them from last year and only one battery had to be changed this year....but I didn't run them constantly. I just put them up as souvenirs.

It lasted for our trip. Once my DS4 figured how to turn it off and on, it was hard to track how long it stayed on, only that I noticed that it stopped glowing a couple of weeks later. The cube is completely sealed and very durable. The batteries from what I remember look like watch batteries but unless the cube is physically boken, it probably won't leak. I guess if you notice the drink leaking into the cube, it would be a good indicator to throw it away. It was a cute novelty.

Do you just request them to be added at the time of ordering? They are a couple of bucks each? Couple = 2 or 3 or more?

I'm pretty sure that they came with my drink when i was at the Sci-Fi a few years ago. Havn't eaten there since so it could have changed. Can anyone else answer this?

Certain drinks at the sci-fi come with them. But you can add them to any drink for $2. It says it on the menu.
