Thanks ... I'll have to try one from the bakery. I love the store bought palmiers. I'm sure with frozen puff pasty they'd be very easy to make at home. If you like puff pastry, try using it as the crust on a chicken pot pie, or a fruit cobbler sometime. Humm that's idea for what to bake for the reunion this Sat. A cobbler with a puff pastry crust.
