My short term goal is to get to 142 before we leave for England next Friday. That's one pound between now and then, I can do it! ;)

Way to go Kelsie-that is great! It feels so good to be a loser, but even better knowing that we are helping ourselves get healthier.

My short term goal is to reach 140 and get my endurance level higher in my exercising. Once I make the 140, I will see how I look and feel and adjust my goal down as needed.

My short term goal is to maintain my weight during my trip to WDW next week. My other short term goal is to find some kind of bloat fairy detection system.

My very short term goal is to make it through the first week of WW without cheating and so far so good. Other than that my first goal is to get 5 pounds off and earn that 1st clippie! I seem to do better if I set some pretty small goals at first that don't take too long to reach.

My short term goal is to lose another 7 pounds before my June trip to WDW. I only have another couple of weeks so I doubt if I'll make it but I'm going to try!!

I think that I am just making weekly goals to start. Like on my first week of Atkin's, no sweets and no sugar. Anything that even looks like dessert or candy is a downfall for me.

I did go to the store this morning and bought some beef jerky to snack at work, and I've already prepared my lunches for every night this weekend(chicken breasts broiled and frozen broccoli florets.

I did buy whip cream today. I wonder if this counts as a sweet food. It is too much like dessert, I might have to throw it away. I've already eaten about 12 tablespoons. That's 12 grams of Carbs. I'm going to either learn how to control this or throw it away.

My long time goal is to break the 300 lb mark.

O.K...I think that if I can resist getting into that tub of whip cream again until the end of my second week, then I can use that as an reward, unless I eat too much, next Saturday.

Otherwise, the whip cream is out of here.

My short term goal is to maintain until next Tuesday when I start induction.. Then my goal is to make it through 2 weeks of induction!
 
Hey Ray,

I had to learn the hard way that a lot of the 'so called' low-carb treats only made me want more. I still have a sugar free Jell-O with whipped cream now and then but I have to be careful.

You will make it! :)

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. All of your goal seem attainable and I have faith you will reach them. TigH, what are we going to do without you??

I leave, in 10 days, for Washington, DC and then a 10 day cruise. I have lost 17 lb with WISH and my goal for this trip is 20lbs down. I have been doing WISH since 3/31, so I think I have a shot at it.

I am 58 lbs down from my tippy-top, and would like to lose 32 more. So, ONWARDS AND DOWNWARDS

You make me proud! I know how hard you've worked at this over the years ---- but you are 'doing it' girlfriend! Just think how wonderful you are going to be feeling on vacation! I can't wait to see your pics when you return. And this time you will be standing PROUD to have your picture taken!

My short term goal is to lose 30 pounds by July 12th..that's when we leave for New York. Now that I'm over half way there I am beginning to think it's attainable!
