Yup, and this includes straws on juice boxes and capri-suns, so be careful not to pack things that require the straw

(If you're going to Seaworld, they have the same straw policy)

The no-wheels thing seems to have been relaxed. I saw multiple soft cooler backpack wheelies in June.
