What would you pick -- jungle cruise or Pirates FP?

I am traveling to WDW in April with a co-work for a convention - she is real scared of roller coasters so i have to pick pretty tame rides for our FP. I like both jungle cruise and pirates, but i am not sure which would be better to get a FP at

Does one tend to have a longer line than the other, both pretty similar, one just move a little quicker than the other?

We are there during the week after easter and will be at MK on Wednesday evening only, so unfortunately our time if very limited. It is an evening with EMH so maybe with the extra time we will be able to hit one or the other.

Jungle Cruise usually has slightly higher waits

I agree about Jungle Cruise. FP Jungle Cruise and ride Pirates during EMH.

Also the Pirates queue is indoors so probably cooler and more comfortable if it is hot outside. So another vote to FP jungle cruise.

Good point! I recall JC being just an outdoors line and pirates probably has more interesting things to see waiting in that line. And right near both are the dole whips!
