My DH and I have reservations for Narcoossee's on our arrival evening (Saturday) at 7:30pm. We have Tiffin's ROL dinner package for Sunday (our Animal Kingdom day) for 6pm.

Now my DH work schedule is causing him to travel separately from me that day and miss our dinner ressie at Narcoossee's. This dinner was a bucket list for me to be followed by watching the HEA fireworks from the deck. Side note....this trip is my 50th birthday trip.

SO.....would you cancel the Tiffin's ROL ressie and replace it with Narcoossee's for both of us. Which means we would not be going back to AK once we depart for the day, which means we will not see ROL.

Or , I keep Tiffins for the two of us and go to Narcoossee's by myself.

I can only say that I have eaten at Narcoossee's solo and had a great time. Is that an option for you?...since it was YOUR bucket list item. Then keep the Tiffins reservation and enjoy ROL. I know it doesn't get a lot of love, but I really enjoy ROL as a beautiful and peaceful end to the day. Both restaurants are great, though, so no matter what you decide, you can't make a bad decision.

ROL is kind of a snooze, so, if you would rather eat with DH, I would skip ROL and do Narcoosee's on your second night. Alternatively, if you don't mind eating alone, you could go to Narcoosee's by yourself or even go see ROL by yourself on your arrival night?

ROL is very missible. But Tiffins is the best food on Property IMO. I'd change the Tiffins from ROL to a regular dinner, and just go get in line at park close to ride FOP another time rather than waste time at ROL. Keep the Narcoosees for the first night: you will still have fun at Narcoosees by yourself--you have to eat that night somewhere anyway!

Happy Birthday! Its my 50th year,too! I spent my bday in 2014 riding 7DMT and then a dinner at Narcoosees after, where we watched "Wishes". The food was great and our server was sooooo amazing, I wrote to the President of the park and also Iger about her. I personally would not want to miss that experience with my DH. ROL is pretty, but this is your big 50 and as someone who had an insanely magical birthday dinner at Narcoosees, I say book a dinner with the 2 of you!!!

Well, I'm not a fan of ROL or Narcoossee's, so I'd skip both of those. YMMV.

What do you want to do? If you want your Narcoossee meal with your DH , make the changes. If your DH wants to eat at Narcoossee, make the changes. If you really want TIffins and ROL, and Narcoossees, keep the ADR's the way they are.

Personally, I would not mind missing ROL so I would make the changes to have both meals with my DH< But I honestly have no interest in that show. I truely like watching any fireworks display with my husband, so I would book Narcoossee when he was with me. In your case, you should do what makes you happy. It sounds like your DH is going to be okay with any decision you make, so there is no wrong answer.
