I would like to book a AKL villa for June 2014 with the military discount but none are available right now. The CM said I should wait. After reading a few post here I am afraid if I wait too long I may not get any room at AKL with the discount. So, my question is, should I book Arusha rooms and then change if villas become available or wait?

Book your backup now. Disney typically doesn't release cash villas until 10 months out, which for June 2014 would be next month.

I agree with the pp. Book your second choice now so you have it .

It never hurts to book something now just in case you don't get the villa for some reason. You can always cancel the reservation later. It sounds like you've got your heart set on AKL so it's best to secure a room asap.
