What would you do?

I'm having a terrible time with planning our ADRs for our April trip... I know it's early, but I'm a planner and besides something will change by then, I know it!

So, here the issue... 3 of the restaurants we wanted to eat at are no longer on the list or something has changed & we no longer want to go: CRT's (not going because of the new menu), Fulton's (not on the DDP), and Rainforest Cafe (for my DS and our niece- no longer on DDP). So now, I have to figure out 3 more restaurants to eat at, depending on how we want to organize this whole fiasco. Here's the plan SO far:

Sunday- Dinner: NO CLUE
Monday- Lunch: @ Cosmic Ray's/ Dinner: again, NO CLUE
Tuesday- Lunch: SOMEWHERE in Epcot (choose your own)/ Dinner: CORAL REEF
Wednesday- Lunch: Toy Story Pizza Planet/ Dinner: Mama Melrose's (or 50's can't decide)
Thursday- Lunch: Flame Tree/ Dinner: Should we do O'Hana on this day or Sunday?
Friday- Lunch: Wolfgang Puck's Express (depart for home)

So, we know we want to eat at O'Hana... My question is should we do it Sunday & get a ADR for the time around Wishes, or should we save it for the day we go to AK since we'll get out early? We want to see Wishes as we are travelling with 3 first-timers. If we do the latter, where in MK should we eat on Monday and what about dinner for Thursday (AK closes early, so choose anywhere)? If we don't eat at O'Hana Thursday, would it be feasible to go ALL the way back over to MGM & do 50's?

Which would you choose: Mama Melrose's or 50's Prime Time? We have eaten at both, and loved them!

How about Sunday night dinner at Spoodles or Boma? Both have great food and each resort is fun to visit.

I vote for Mama Melrose over 50's. We used to go to 50's every trip, but were tired of waiting in the hot crowded lounge. (Yes, we always an ADR... but always waited). So, we went with a new place and loved it!

We can't do Boma... I wanted to, but MIL vetoed it. We have a picky picky 5 yr old coming along.

So, Mama's over 50's... and should we do O'Hana on Thursday or Sunday?

What about a TS for MK?

O'hana would be fun for the first night! Or what about 1900 Park Fare or another character dinner to start the vacation?

Magic Kingdom you could do LTT character meal,or CP buffet or Plaza(I wouldnt on the DDP though bc its rather cheap I would def. pay oop for this one.) What if you went to one of the monorail resorts to eat? WE always do this its easy and they have great options! Kona is awesome, Concourse is very good too. G.F.C has gotten great reviews or even over to WL for WCC.

I'm wondering if you are planning to visit a park on Sunday. If not, I would recommend trying to get a late ADR at 'Ohana to watch the fireworks during dinner.

For Monday, I'm assuming you'll be over at MK that day, so why not take the boat over to the WL and dine at WCC. (Or CP at MK, or 1900PF at GF).

Wednesday: I haven't eaten at Mama's, but we enjoyed 50's.

Thursday: We always do Boma after AK (too bad your MIL X'ed it, she'd probably like it - the prime rib is yummy!)... If we didn't do that we'd probably head to Downtown Disney... how about Wolfgang's Cafe or Raglan Road?

If you weren't planning to go to a park on Sunday, you might want to spend some time over at DTD and go to one of those places that night, then save up 'Ohanas for Thursday. Just depends on your other plans.

We are booking ours right now and here is what we got

Friday - Japan for dinner, but may change to lunch due to price point

Saturday - Ohana Charater Breakfast

Sunday - Boma

Wednesday - Hoop de Doo

Then possible Monday - 50's Primetime

Wednesday am Whispering Canyon

Friday am Kona

Then the week after that

Sunday Gossip Brunch at House of Blues

Tuesday Hoop de Doo again

Thursday Cape May Cafe

And then Epcot on Friday to eat around the world

Yes we will be there 16 days.
