What would you do re: cake order?????

Hey all....here's my dilema. I'd appreciate your thoughts on what you'd do.

Currently have an 8" Cars theme cake at GFC fo 9/18 (only place I could get a ressie) and a mini castle cake for DMIL. The cake will say "Happy Birthday Dan and Corbin" while the casle cake plate will say "Have a Magical Time".

We're also having a cake at Coral Reef on our last full day at Disney with the diver and pesonalized menus. This is also a Cars theme as I wasn't planning on being at the GFC. If I keep the GFC order, I'd like to change this cake "theme" to Nemo.

Options:
*Leave the order as it stands and change CR cake to Nemo
*Order eveyone a mini cake (boys Mickey head/hat and girls mini castle cake)

Ideally, we'd have the big cake early in the trip and do the smaller ones at the end but that's not possible right now. What would you do in this situation?? I don't want to be all caked out (is that possible with two kids????) but kind of have to get a cake from GF if we're eating there after hearing so many wonderful things about their bakery.

Since you don't want to get "caked out" why dont you stick with yourGF cake plan, then at the end get everyone the mini cakes. I'm sure they will be appreciated. Enjoy your trip.

Wow. That's a lot of cake! I'd just get the one for the actual birthday people and that's it. Don't think I'd want to be stuck eating all that cake when there are so many other options to chose from.

The cakes are big, well I think they are. I normally get a top layer of my wedding cake recreated and for some reason I think it is 8 or maybe 6, it takes forever for us to eat it. Of course there are just 2 of us.
