What would you do?....potential add-on

Another what would you do poll....
We are considering adding on at BLT or BWV. What would you rather have?

Haha I just posted one of those polls on Friday!

I am picking BWV for these 3 reasons:

1. I prefer the location over BLT. I love being able to walk to Epcot!
2. Personally, I prefer the theming of BWV.
3. You will have almost an equal amount at each resort

Thanks, here is some additional background.
We plan 11 months in advance
We plan DVC trips every other year
Length of contract is valuable.
Split stays are not a concern
1 bdrm trips are ideal

You can't go wrong with either. I would pick BWV for location - close to 2 parks and Epcot is my favorite. Are you looking to add on direct or resale?

Direct.
2010 points, no closing cost, small contract.
IMHO once you add closing costs, maintanence fees, and convienence, direct is a good option.

I chose BWV since it seemed to even out your point totals. I think it will be nice to have an even amount of points at each so you can do what you'd like with a decent amount of points whichever resort you choose for the trip.
does that make sense?

I do love both resorts... so not too difficult to choose. Both are great!

I picked BLT for length of contract.

We have decided on the addon at BLT
250 points every two years at BLT out weighs equal points at both. After looking at point charts, there is greater flexibility in the higher number of points at one resort than a split between both. With wanting 1 bedroom accommodations, the numbers work better this way.
