What Would You Do - Belle Vs Rapunzel FPs?

I'm working on Touring Plans and figuring out what I'd like to fast pass while I have the time. Can you still get FPs for Rapunzel? Touring Plans seems a little confused on that point. Assuming the answer is yes, which do you think it is the better FP pick - Rap/Tiana or ETWB? Any experience on which is easier to get as a 4th?

The Princess meets still have FP in MK.

I checked for a Party of 4 for today and at 1:00 today, FPs for Rap/Tiana and ETWB are no longer available.

I think a FP for ETWB can save you more time than a FP for the Princesses.
