What would you choose, Tepan Edo or Tokyo Dining?

Which would you chose for dinner at Epcot, Tepan Edo or Tokyo Dining? We currently have ADR's for Tokyo Dining since dh and ds loves sushi. It's currently at 8pm and we're hoping to get a window seat for illuminations (what's the likelihood of that?). But both ds and dd love Benihana so Tepan Edo is quite appealing. What would you do?

i think you might have them backwards. Teppen Edo is the hibachi style one and Tokyo Dining is the front sushi restaurant where you should be able to see illuminations (although i have read from outher disers that you really can't see too well). Our sushi at TD was excellent and the whole meal was enjoyable and great.
