What'd make my day the most exciting, superb, best-made day ever would be recieving a phone-call or email asking if I wanted a bit part in Star trek XI. I'd be *the* happiest fan of all time.

Assuming the OP asked the question with the idea that all of our currently known physical and temporal laws apply (and fantasy worlds were just that), the only way to top that would be to be able to hop on a plane, head to Hawaii, and see my friend Victoria in person. THAT would be the coolest day ever.
