What wines do you enjoy cooking with?

If I cook with wine, it is usually white. Right now I am using Sutter Home. Tastes fine and isn't expensive. I also have a bottle of merlot (Columbia Crest) in the fridge I haven't used yet.

What name brands do you enjoy cooking with??

I don't have a favorite brand, exactly, but when I use marsala, I get an imported dry as opposed to a domestic-its smoother. I make chicken marsala alot. The only other one that I use is a burgundy-for beef burgundy, but again, I'm not sure of the brand, nothing too expensive. Recipes available..lol.Also I would be interested in what you were making..

I can only speak for myself, but I only put it IN the pot.Now I never said I wasn't drinking while cooking(that's legal,right?)
