What will the changes be to the Japan table service?

I know it is under a lengthy refurbishment, and I wondered if anyone knew how it might be changing? This is one of our favorites..but it is always excting to see how Disney can improve on things! Thanks for any info!

I am not in the know on this, but gave it some thought over the weekend.

My guess there will be additional tepanaki tables added and a traditional sushi bar created (by traditional, a sushi bar like you can find in anytown USA). I am just trying to figure out how they are going to tie all of this together, since the restaurant will only be closed for 3 months or so. I am thinking that they will keep most of th existing tepanaki tables and gut the Tempura and Lounge area.

I just hope when that when they are finished, there will still be some type of lounge as l love taking a break at the existing lounge.
