What will I find different from the classics if I go on the Dream?

Your description is intriguing and gives me a little perspective on the pink bubble. I most definitely will make sure that we sit down for a drink there.
Not a great picture, but this is Pink, you can see the "bubbles" on the walls. This picture was taken when the work lights were on, and the room didn't have it's ambiance going for it:

I’ve had 5, 7-day cruises coincidentally on classic ships. Our first Dream class in January could feel strange especially since it will be 4 days.
Does anyone have recommendations of things we(5 adults) shouldn’t miss? Differences that we should be aware of to enjoy or avoid?
Advice for a handicap, unable to use stairs?
Thank you in advance. You guys are always the best.
The increase in amount of people is quite noticeable on the first day. There are lines for elevators and the pool deck was very crowded. I was actually worried after experiencing this level of crowdedness. After that first day, however, the sense of crowds dissipated as there were more activities for people to go to. Just a heads up, especially if an elevator is a must for you (as it was for members of my family as well).

That looks like a lovely place to take my daughter, 21 in a few weeks, to learn about cocktails. You always have the best photos. I can’t imagine how you store and find them. You sail on other lines as well right? Just amazing.

Pretty sure my first sailing back will be quite empty for a normal dream sailing. I’m hoping for January and really biting my lip at this point. People are dropping off our meet and greet like a maple tree in fall. Several are paid in full just waiting for the 125% credit.

Yes, we've sailed on Holland America, Carnival, and Princess for ocean voyages. Also done Vantage river cruises.

Also if you are on the Dream, do not miss Beauty and the Beast. We almost didn't go but after seeing it I was so glad we did. It's amazing! And I'm not usually big on seeing the shows, but this one is a do not miss.

I have to echo this statement. Beauty and the Beast is 100% worth your time. It's won several Broadway level awards. I see it every time I am on the ship. Make sure not to miss it.
