What will happen with HHI resale prices?

Just obsessing about whether my current contract is going to pass ROFR. Pretty much everyone is saying "nope"

Disney has lowered the prices at HHI across the board to $80. per point. SSR is (insanely ) $112, with deals that bring it to around $100. Correct?

So, since SSR does pass ROFR in the mid 60s what should HHI pass at?

My contract is $53. I've seen $57 and $58 pass recently, but I am the cheapest contract I've seen go in. ( and I actually offered asking price )

Also, if Disney buys this contract back, what would you make your next offer for? Would you go $53 or higher?

Has $80/point for HHI been confirmed? The latest information I saw for add-ons was $92 base price less $5 promotional discount for 50-point minimum purchase or $87/point.

I think you have as good a chance as any. An OKW just went through for $45/pt! You never know what Disney will decide. Good luck!

It's been confirmed by myself. Before making the offer on the resale, I called my guide for HHI pricing to add on to the HHI points I already own. Any amount of points ( 25 up ) is now $80 per point.

HHI add-ons are $80/point. I just bought a 50 point contract through Disney in October for that price. I had waited too long for the perfect resale with the right UY, so I went ahead and added on through Disney.

I think it is going to pass ROFR assuming you are paying the closing costs and the dues on the points you are getting from the 2010 allocation.

The lowest price you can get is what you should offer next time. If DVC buys it so what. Do it again and again and again and again......

I would be surprised if it did not pass, you could knock off another $5-6 and it'll still likely pass right now. However, I'll point out that Disney's main reason for ROFR IS to keep you guessing so occasionally they'll buy one higher than you'd expect.
