What will happen on 05/05/05??

I know the castle will be unveiled but what else is happening on that day specifically with the start of the 50th celebration? I know about the collages and the new tribute show devoted to the history of DL. I think there's a new parade and fireworks show, too. I'm interested in just what will occur on 5/05/05 special to that day only.

I would think there would be some special guest appearances, etc. but does anyone know for sure who will be there to kick off the celebration? Will it be on TV at all?

Should we get there early in fear of not getting in?

Is there anyone in the know to tell us specifics?

From what I understand it's going to be quite the media event vs the 17th which will be more of the "celebration" we're planning on being there in May, but probably the week after. I'll be there in July though! wouldn't miss THAT for the world.

Ive heard itll be more "press eventish" than the July birthday- But all the enertainement kicks off (the enertainement schedule was released this week at disneyland.com) Also the gold attraction pieces should be in place Its going to be a great few days
