What were your favorite things you got for Christmas?

Already looking for ideas for next year!

My favorite things were the 50 years of Bond DVD collection and a ribbonwick candle. What were your favorite items that you received or gave?

My favorite funny thing was the bright red stapler from my DD. The stapler in my upstairs office went missing awhile ago and the kids were having to go to the basement to use the one down there.

My DD got tired of that so she bought me a bright red one so it will not get lost. LOL

I think I'm going to really like my neat receipts portable scanner. I can now easily get all the lose recipes scanned and on my computer as well as tons of other things. Much less paper laying around. Yay!

DD's was a tie...iPhone and Ellen's HOLY COW!!! (she loves cows).

Just trying out my new Keurig now!! We'll still probably use the actual coffee maker more when we have to make more than a cup, but it's such a treat to have one for times like right now when I just want a cup!

DD's favorite gift was her Taylor Swift ticket, and ds is currently playing Skylanders Giants

My favorite funny thing is a Scotch Brite shower scrubber! It has a long handle with a pivoting scrobbing pad so you can reach the far side of the tub and wall without having to climb in!!! Love it!!! LOL

You are going to love your scanner!! I have the desktop one and DH has the portable. He loves his for expense reports. I use mine to tally our annual spending.

I found mine at Lowes or Home Depot. I haven't seen them anywhere else.

I saw the scrubber at our local Shoprite grocery. DD just told me she got the extra pad thru Amazon. Maybe you can find them both there. Can't wait to use it!

My favorite thing so far is my new Kindle Paperwhite with 3G. Already had a Kindle Keyboard with just wifi but am loving the extra bells and whistles on the Paperwhite.

I think 20yo DS's fave thing has been one of the books he got - Harry Potter From Page to Screen. It shows stuff like the different concepts they considered for characters like Dobby and such. Very detailed.

My 10yo DD is loving my old Kindle and (of all things) a cheap whiteboard and dry erase markers that was a last minute thing I picked up at Walmart on Christmas Eve. I think she has played with that more than anything else.

DH has been too busy watching and prepping for this awful weather we're having to enjoy his gifts yet.

i am impressed you have the iPad up and running! my new laptop, which i am sure will be my favorite, is sitting on my coffee table. for some reason i feel like setting it and the accessories up is more work than i feel like. after all my mother gave me a wireless mouse for it but i don't have a desk in my apt! maybe i will use my target giftcards for that. for today i am enjoying my new ornaments on the tree.

my mother loved the new bag and wallet i gave her, she has moved into them already.
