What went wrong with CRO applying AZZ rate

I wrote earlier in the week that CRO did not apply the AZZ code to a reservation that I had. It turns out that the CM had somehow upgrade my room to CR Tower club. Thats why the rate was higher than what she quoted me. I got the confirmation in the mail yesterday. Just make sure everyone double checks their confirmation. I wouldn't have minded the upgrade but I wouldn't have appreciated the wrong quote.

Just thinking what if she was upgrading me to be nice and someone else caught the mistake in price. Bummer huh? JK I'm happy with my plain ole CR tower (club not included) LOL

Kay7979 - kind of agree with you. We are staying at the Poly for 5 nights at $1249 ($250 a night) with tax in August and that is the most we ever paid. I couldn't rationalize paying over $400 a night for a lagoon view concierge room given we are usually out an about for much of the day and evening.
